Taking Care of Your Energy is a gift you give to yourself—and to the people in your life. This super simple program is designed to help you nurture and balance your energy with an easy-to-follow practice. 

Program Overview: 

  • 3 Guided Meditations: 

  • Each session lasts 5 minutes. 

  • Beginner-Friendly: 

  • No prior meditation experience is required. 

  • Enhanced Experience: 

  • For optimal sound quality, listen to the meditations using headphones (if available). 

Suggested Routine: 

  • Session 1: Become Aware of Your Energy 

    • Practice this meditation for 7 consecutive days

  • Session 2: Cleansing Your Energy 

    • Practice this meditation for 7 consecutive days after completing Session 1

  • Session 3: Strengthening Your Energy 

    • Practice this meditation for 7 consecutive days following Session 2. 

The 7 days repetition of the same meditation, for 3 different sessions coming to a total of 21 days of practice is a process that offers support in forming a new habit. But it is always up to you. 

There is no right or wrong, if you prefer, you can practice the meditations in any order you want as many times as you wish.
