Your meditation journey will be led by Almeiri Santos—a self-awareness coach with professional training in Positive Neuroplasticity, a meditation teacher, hypnotist, Reiki Master, and the creator of our programs.

Our meditation programs are delivered through a combination of audio based guided meditation sections available directly on our website, along with supporting materials such as daily messages and contemplative quotes.
