Listen to a sample meditation

Hello and welcome to the Holiday Meditations series! 

This program introduces meditation as a tool to help you prepare for any holiday family time.

Key Features:

  • There are 3 guided meditations 

  • 5 minutes each 

  • No previous meditation experience is required

How to Practice:

  • Find a comfortable spot, settle in and give yourself permission to rest for the meditation time. 

  • If available, listen to the Holiday Meditations using headphones  

  • Suggestion to practice each meditation for 2 consecutive days: 

    • Start with meditation number 1, Forgiveness and Acceptance  

    • Then after 2 days move to session number 2, Energy Investment  

    • And after that go to meditation number 3, Universal Connection  

    • Once you finish practicing each meditation for 2 days, the recommendation is that you practise all 3 meditations on the same day (either back to back or in separate times) for two consecutive days as well.  

Please note that this sequence is just a suggestion. You can create your own routine as you prefer and listen to the sessions as many times as you choose to. 

These meditations are designed to promote relaxation and stress reduction, create a stronger sense of well-being and boost overall sense of peace. 

The meditations will help no matter the order you choose to practice them.
